We loved our half day tour up the hills, through the forest and tea plantation. Our guide Vijay (?) told us many interesting things about the area, showed us plants and fruit and took some great pictures and videos while we were hiking. Also with the leeches we felt very save with him as he took care of every one of them. There was a delicious snack and we could fully dive into the beautiful landscape of Munnar. He was such a lovely person with interesting stories to tell and made the experience even better. Would definitely recommend! 10/10! :)

We did the half day tour with Raj. A wonderful guide, who knows not only the best spots for photographs, he takes them too. Just let him guide you. For us, half a day was enough - we are experienced walkers but it still was quite a walk. . Maybe it was the timedifference with Holland, or the heat. Anyway, a wonderfull half day.

Marimuthu picked us up at the hotel and then brought us to the plantation for the most amazing hike. We had the plantation for ourselves! Marimuthu is particularly knowledgable and keen to pass on his knowledge. He was kind enough to bring us a little snack and homemade tea for our little break with a view over the plantation. We would highly recommend this tour. The factory tour is really informative and the tasting is great! Ashok, our guide, is an amazing teacher and have a great load of advices!

Vijay (apologies if I spelled incorrectly) was the absolute best guide. He had plenty of answers to our questions, explained very interesting facts about the geography and history of the area, and he was always sure to take care of us. Definitely give this trek a try!
