We need to drive about 41 kilometers towards Mattupetty direction from the starting point. The trek will start at the height of 1600 meters MSL. We will begin through the tea plantation for about 30 to 45 minutes and reach the top of the hill to witness the sunrise. The backdrop includes 360-degree views, with rocky mountain slopes on one side and tea plantations on the other.
