About The Tour

1. Tea Plantation Walk (1–2 Hours) -The experience begins with a peaceful 1-2 hour walk through the lush tea gardens of Lockhart Estate.Learn about different tea plant varieties, seasonal harvesting cycles, interaction with plantation labors, traditional tea plucking methods and tea plantation labors village, from an experienced guide.

2. Lockhart Tea Factory Visit (1 Hour) - Explore the historic Lockhart Tea Factory and witness traditional tea processing, vintage machinery, and the rich heritage of Munnar’s tea industry.
 

3. Guided Tea Tasting (30 Minutes)- Enjoy a guided tea tasting session and discover unique tea flavours, brewing techniques, and the differences between various specialty teas.
